He is a CA with four decades of experience in Insolvency resolution, Corporate Restructuring matters and Real Estate Advisory.
His expertise encapsulates negotiations, legal structuring, Joint Ventures and Joint Development. He also specialises in orchestrating corporate recovery strategies for entities facing financial distress. From rehabilitation to strategic restructuring, his focus is on securing the best possible outcomes for stakeholders. He has collaborated with large Developers such as Prestige Group, Oberoi Group, Adani Group, Ashdan, Rustomjee, Runwal Group, Hubtown and IV County.
Throughout his career, he has achieved significant milestones, including:
- Restructuring approximately $2 billion in debt, driving financial stability and sustainability. Securing over $1 billion in equity and debt financing, facilitating strategic growth and expansion initiatives.
- Directly impacting the lives of more than 5000 homebuyers through pivotal roles in resolving distressed real estate projects, fostering community resilience and stability.
- Serving as an influential member of the Steering Committee at INSOL INDIA, contributing to industry-wide initiatives and best practices in insolvency and restructuring.
- Playing a key role in the CPE Committee of WIRC of ICAI for 2020-21, guiding professional development and educational programs for accounting professionals.

diverse filed of manufacturing, trading, and financial services sectors. He has contributed towards developing the insolvency and resolution practice for the firm.

She has experience in handling Statutory audit, Tax Audit, Due diligence, Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit, Forensic Audit, Direct tax compliance. She has good experience in dealing with Accounting Standards and Auditing Standards.
She has handled many PSU, Bank, Listed and unlisted entities, SMEs audits and tax matters. She has handled and advised on Payroll matters to many clients.

He has extensive knowledge in effecting Real Estate Transactions like Redevelopment, liaising with various Government officials, Property & Land Transactions, executing Land & Property agreements and Liaising with Developers for various Construction Contracts.
He specializes in Hospitality sector & Research.
He has handled many real estate clients and provided solution in land acquisition and legal advisory. He had also successfully generated and converted leads, nurtured, and developed relationships with clients over the past decade.
